Butter&lt;br /&gt;20 gm. cocoa powder - ayak&lt;br /&gt;170 gm. Gula castor&lt;br /&gt;3 biji telor &lt;br /&gt;120 gm. tepong naik Sendiri - ayak&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp. baking powder - ayak&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan bahan B&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;250 gm. cream cheese &lt;br /&gt;60 gm. gula castor&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp. vanilla essence &lt;br /&gt;1 biji telor &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara cara nya :-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(1) Pukul butter and gula. &lt;br /&gt;(2) Masukkan telor sebiji demi sebiji. &lt;br /&gt;(3) Masukkan tepong, cocoa dan baking powder yang telah di ayak. &lt;br /&gt;    Gaul rata.&lt;br /&gt;(4) Di sebuah bekas yang lain, pukul kesumua bahan bahan B hingga&lt;br /&gt;    kembang.&lt;br /&gt;(5) Tuang 1 bahagian adunan A kedalam loyang berukuran 7" dan  &lt;br /&gt;    ratakan. Kemudian tuangkan semua adunan bahan B. Butter dan gula dipukul sehingga kembang.&lt;br /&gt;2.    Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji. Pukul lagi.&lt;br /&gt;3.    Masukkan tepung gandum,esen vanila dan susu cair. &lt;br /&gt;      Kacau hingga sebati.&lt;br /&gt;4.    Bakar dengan suhu 180c selama 45minit&lt;br /&gt;5. Campurkan tepung beras dan santan, kacau sebati&lt;br /&gt;2. Masakkan air dan daun pandan hingga mendidih&lt;br /&gt;3. Setelah mendidih, masukkan campuran santan dan tepung beras tadi&lt;br /&gt;4. Didihkan air dalam pengukus.&lt;br /&gt;2. Putarkan butter/gula/susu sehingga sebati.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan telur satu per satu dan putar lagi.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan prune yg telah dikisar.&lt;br /&gt;5. Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit dan putar hingga sebati.&lt;br /&gt;6. Akhir sekali masukkan prune yg dihiris kasar dan kacau dengan senduk&lt;br /&gt;sudah memadai.&lt;br /&gt;7. Griskan loyang dengan butter dan alaskan dengan kertas minyak, tuang&lt;br /&gt;adunan&lt;br /&gt;ke dalam loyang dan kukus selama 1 1/2 jam.&lt;br /&gt;8. Campurkan ayam bersama fresh breadcrumbs, serbuk lada sulah dan garam.&lt;br /&gt;2. Gaul sebati.&lt;br /&gt;3. Ambil sedikit adunan bentukkan menjadi leper, ulang sehingga habis.&lt;br /&gt;4. Panaskan minyak sapi + minyak masak.  Tumiskan bawang  serta halia yang telah dikisar. Campurkan semua 4 sekawan + daun pandan. Tumis sehingga naik bau.. &lt;br /&gt;2.  Masukkan rempah yang sudah dibancuh dengan sedikit air, goreng sehingga naik minyak.&lt;br /&gt;3. Panaskan oven suhu  160C. Sediakan dan alas tray 11X11.&lt;br /&gt;2. Double boil butter dan chocolate hingga cair, ketepikan biar suam sikit.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan telur, gula, esen dan chocolate emulco dalam satu mangkuk, guna hand whisk , kacau hingga gula cair.&lt;br /&gt;4. Tuang adunan butter dan coklat tadi kedalam mangkuk dan gaul rata.&lt;br /&gt;5. Ayak tepung gandum dan cocoa powder, jika bubuh kacang, masukkan dan gaul.  Tuang tepung kedalam mangkuk diatas, gaul hingga rata. Jangan gaul terlalu lama.&lt;br /&gt;6. Tuang dalam tray dan bakar 160C/50 minit-1jam (bergantung pd oven).&lt;br /&gt;7. Gunakan bowl yg Microwave proof , masukkan tepung gandum &amp; jagung &amp; 2&lt;br /&gt;sudu besar susu ( dari 1 cup tadi)&lt;br /&gt;2. kacau sehingga sebati. sudah sebati..masukkan kuning telur dan kacau&lt;br /&gt;lagi...dah sebati baru masukkan lebihan susu sedikit demi sedikit dan kacau&lt;br /&gt;hingga sebati&lt;br /&gt;3. Tanpa menutup bowl..masukkan dalam microwave dan panaskan dalam suhu&lt;br /&gt;tinggi selama 5-6 minit atau sehingga adunan menjadik kenyal. Dalam masa&lt;br /&gt;tu, keluarkan adunan nie , 2-3 kali dan kacau sebelum diteruskan pemanasan&lt;br /&gt;tadi.&lt;br /&gt;4. DAH PANASKAN .KELUARKAN DAN GAUL SEBATI DGN BUTTER&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ketepikan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Doh&lt;br /&gt;1. masukkan air dan butter dalam bowl dan panaskan dalam microwave selama 3&lt;br /&gt;minit 30 saat,&lt;br /&gt;2. keluarkan dan cepat2 campurkan tepung 4ogm dan kacau sehingga sebati&lt;br /&gt;3. panaskan dalam microwave selama 50 saat.&lt;br /&gt;4. keluarkan dan campur dgn telur dan kacau sehingga bila anda angkat&lt;br /&gt;adunan dia akan ambil masa selama 5 count utk jatuh.&lt;br /&gt;5. griskan loyang dan letakkan adunan menggunakan sudu..setinggi 1cm.&lt;br /&gt;6. Bakar dalam suhu 190 delama 35 minit -OVEN&lt;br /&gt;7. Masa campur nie guna whisk sahaja..jgn pukul dgn mixer . &lt;br /&gt;5.bila dah sebati campurkan gelatin . Sebelum dicampur gelatin tu hendaklah dipanaskan supaya dia tak berketul. guna method double boiler. &lt;br /&gt;6.Campur kan 2 1/2 tbs coffee syrup ( dari no 1) dan kacau sebati. 7. Pukul double cream sehingga pekat. Hati2 jgn terlebih pukul.kalau terlebih akan pecah minyak..&lt;br /&gt;8.campurkan adunan tadi dgn double cream..kacau sebati &lt;br /&gt;9.Guna 9" loose base mould, layerkan mengikut turutan.&lt;br /&gt;Bahagi sponge cake peda 3 bahagian.layerkan Sponge cake . Adunan cheese sehingga habis.3 cake, 3 adunan cheese &lt;br /&gt;10. Sprinkle coffee syrup pada cake sebelum letak adunan cheese. 11. Chill for 2-3 hours. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tips:- 1. Double cream jgn terlebih pukul,,,nanti adunan akan jadi kasar..kena perhati betul2... &lt;br /&gt;2. Gelatin make sure dia dicairkan before add. &lt;br /&gt;3.Masa tambahkan mascapone cheese , jangan di pukul lama...kalau tak mascapone cheese akan jadi kasar. ( tu yg terjadi pada kek tiramisu saya) &lt;br /&gt;4. Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 170 darjah C. Lenser dan salutkan tepung pada loyang bulat 8".&lt;br /&gt;2.  Ayak tepung dan baking powder.  Ketepikan.&lt;br /&gt;3.  Pukul telur, tepung yang telah diayak, gula kaster dan ovalette dengan kelajuan tinggi selama 10 minit atau sehingga adunan tepung menjadi pekat dan kental. (Lihat gambar Kek Zebra 1).&lt;br /&gt;4.  Masukkan mentega cair, susu pekat manis dan esen vanilla dan putar menggunakan kelajuan perlahan sehingga sebati.  (Lihat gambar Kek Zebra 2).&lt;br /&gt;5.  Bahagikan adunan kepada dua bahagian dan warnakan coklat pada satu bahagian.  &lt;br /&gt;6.  Menggunakan sudu besar, sendukkan 3 sudu besar adunan plain pada tengah loyang dan kemudian 3 sudu besar adunan coklat.  Selepas setengah adunan sendukkan 2 sudu besar dan kemudian seterusnya 1 sudu besar pada akhir aduanan habis.  Mulakan dengan adunan plain dan akhirkan juga dengan adunan plain. (Lihat gambar Kek Zebra 3).&lt;br /&gt;7.  Taburkan dengan hirisan badam/ badam cincang dan bakar pada suhu 170 darjah C selama 35 minit.&lt;br /&gt;8.  Biarkan kek sejuk selama 10 minit selepas dibakar dan kemudian boleh dikeluarkan dari loyang pembakar.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Nota:&lt;br /&gt;1.  Jangan gantikan susu pekat manis dengan susu segar/ UHT kerana ini akan membuat adunan tepung menjadi cair dan susah bila hendak melapis.&lt;br /&gt;2.  Air yang dicampurkan dengan serbuk koko dan coklat emulco boleh digantikan dengan susu segar.&lt;br /&gt;3.  Elakkan menggunakan tepung gandum/ tepung serbaguna, jika boleh.  Bila memukul tepung pada kelajuan tinggi, gluten dalam tepung akan membina dan ini akan menyebabkan anda mendapat kek yang kenyal bila digigit.&lt;br /&gt;4.  Bila menggaul cecair coklat kedalam adunan, gaul satu arah pusingan dan jangan keterlaluan yang mungkin akan mengakibatkan adunan menjadi cair.&lt;br /&gt;5. Pukul bahan A sehingga kembang ( sehingga adunan&lt;br /&gt;        menjadi putih dan bila di angkat dia tak jatuh)&lt;br /&gt;2. masukkan bahan B berselang seli &lt;br /&gt;3. pukul butter sehingga kembang dan masukkan cheese&lt;br /&gt;        cream dan pukul sebati.&lt;br /&gt;4. bakar selapis-selapis dalam loyang 7 x 7. satu lapis&lt;br /&gt;        4 sudu makan&lt;br /&gt;5. Lapisan pertama suhu 180c dan guna api atas&lt;br /&gt;6. Lapisan seterusnya guna api atas sahaja&lt;br /&gt;7. Gaulkan semua bahan A dan tapiskan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Bahagikan adunan pada 2 bahagian.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan pewarna merah dalam 1 bahagian adunan dan biarkan&lt;br /&gt;   warna asal/putih  dalam 1 bahagian lagi.&lt;br /&gt;4. Panaskan kukusan dan sapukan minyak pada loyang yg akan &lt;br /&gt;   digunakan.&lt;br /&gt;5. Masukkan 1 senduk adunan merah dan kukus selama 5 minit.&lt;br /&gt;6. Lapiskan 1 senduk adunan asal/putih dan kukus semula selama &lt;br /&gt;   5 minit.&lt;br /&gt;7. Lapiskan adunan merah dan asal/putih berselang seli sehingga&lt;br /&gt;   adunan habis.&lt;br /&gt;8.
